The company is a joint stock limited company initiated by Shenyang Commercial City (Group) as the main initiator, together with Shenyang Associated Company, Shenyang Storage and Transportation Group Company, Shenyang Tiexi Commercial Building and Shenyang Chemical Raw Materials Corporation, which was formally established in July 1999。 In December 2000, approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission [2000] Document No. 164, 45 million RMB ordinary shares were issued to the public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange through online pricing。
